I've been working here with Sharyland ISD for the past 12 years, and this is my 9th year teaching 7th grade Math at Sharyland North Junior High School. I graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology. I am certified in English Language Arts 8-12, Mathematics 4-8, and Physical Education K-12. I am looking forward to meeting your son/daughter and having an excellent year working with him/her.

Course Description: These courses are required before taking Pre-Algebra/Algebra. Students will be asked to understand and master the following: skills associated with basic problem solving involving rational/irrational numbers, fractions, decimals, and percents, along with proportions,probability, and area of two-dimensional geometric figures, as well as,volume and surface area of three-dimensional figures, graphing/writing linear equations and solving algebraic equations.
